The Agency Executives
The Agency Executives provide leadership and oversight for regional GIS vision, activities, and development.
They discuss and resolve any real or perceived issues among the Consortium member agencies. They also clarify questions regarding the Interagency
Agreement, and draft detailed by-laws as needed.
Members:
- County Administrator, McLean County Government
- City Manager, Town of Normal
- City Manager, City of Bloomington
- Executive Director, ETSB/METCOM
- Assessor, City of Bloomington Township
- Executive Director, McLean County Regional Planning Commission
Executive Update
The agency executive should be briefed by their respective management committee member at least once a year and possibly more often if needed.
It is suggested that the following items(at minimum) form the agenda:

- Consortium Budget
- Current Consortium Budgets
- Anticipated Consortium Budget
